jdmax Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "jdmax" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the jdmax platform operated at jdmax.pro, including all associated gaming products, services, and tools made available to registered players in the Philippines.
• "Platform" refers to the jdmax website accessible at jdmax.pro, including all pages, subsections, gaming environments, and player account areas.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who accesses the Platform, registers an account, or uses any jdmax service.
• "Account" refers to the individual player account created upon successful registration on the jdmax Platform.
• " Balance" refers to the real-money funds held within a player's jdmax Account wallet at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts credited to a player's Account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Bet" / "Wager" refers to any real-money stake placed on any game, event, or outcome available on the jdmax Platform.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required to confirm a player's identity, age, and eligibility.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for regulating gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "PHP" / "₱" refers to the Philippine Peso, the official currency used for all financial transactions on the jdmax Platform.

By accessing the jdmax Platform, creating an Account, or placing any Bet, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as the jdmax Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jdmax Platform and, if applicable, close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms apply to all jdmax products and services, including but not limited to: sports betting, live casino, online slots, bingo, esports wagering, the Super Wheel, and any future products added to the Platform.

To be eligible to register and use the jdmax Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, in accordance with PAGCOR's minimum age requirement for participation in online gaming activities in the Philippines.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable local law.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or close associate of jdmax or any of its affiliated entities.
• You have not previously had a jdmax Account suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or proxy of any third party.
• You are of sound mind and are participating voluntarily, not under any form of duress or compulsion.

jdmax reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents at any time. Access to the Platform may be restricted or suspended pending the outcome of any such verification.

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the jdmax Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single player — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid contact email address. You are obligated to update your Account information promptly if any of these details change.

• Registration is free of charge. jdmax does not charge a fee for creating an Account.
• You must provide a unique email address not already associated with any other jdmax Account.
• All information submitted during registration is subject to verification under our KYC process.
• jdmax reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without providing a reason.

Your Account is personal to you and is non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any interest in your Account to any other party under any circumstances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jdmax login credentials, including your username and password. jdmax strongly recommends using a unique, strong password not shared with any other online service.

All activity conducted through your Account — including all Bets placed and all transactions processed — is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you. This includes any activity resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

• Do not share your login credentials with any other person, including family members.
• Do not access your jdmax Account from shared, public, or unsecured devices or networks.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly on shared devices.
• If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact jdmax support immediately at [email protected].

jdmax will never contact you to request your password or full banking details via email, chat, or any other channel. If you receive such a request purportedly from jdmax, treat it as fraudulent and notify our support team immediately.

In accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and responsible gaming requirements, jdmax is obligated to verify the identity, age, and source of funds of all registered players. This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer, or KYC.

jdmax may request the following documents at any time, including prior to processing any withdrawal request:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's licence, or PhilSys National ID).
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three (3) months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document showing your address).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used to fund your Account (e.g., screenshot of GCash account showing your name, or bank statement).
• Additional documentation as reasonably required by jdmax's compliance team to satisfy regulatory obligations.

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by jdmax may result in the temporary restriction of your Account, including suspension of withdrawal privileges. jdmax will not be liable for any losses or inconvenience arising from Account restrictions pending KYC completion.

All deposits and withdrawals on the jdmax Platform are conducted exclusively through approved Philippine payment channels. jdmax currently supports the following payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and 7-Eleven over-the-counter payments.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the cashier page.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are credited to your jdmax Balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times may vary by method.
• jdmax does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment account registered in your name and matching the account used for deposits where applicable.
• All pending bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before a withdrawal request can be processed.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is approved.
• jdmax targets processing of approved withdrawals within 24 hours for GCash and InstaPay, and within 2–5 business days for bank transfers. These timeframes are targets, not guarantees, and may be affected by payment provider processing times.
• jdmax reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request prior to processing.

All Bets placed on the jdmax Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product category. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and product-specific rules, the product-specific rules shall prevail for that product.

• Bets are final once confirmed. jdmax does not accept requests to cancel or modify a confirmed Bet, except in circumstances where jdmax exercises its right to void a Bet under these Terms.
• jdmax reserves the right to void any Bet placed on an event where an obvious pricing error occurred, a technical malfunction affected the odds display, or the integrity of the event is in question.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a Bet, the official result as determined by the relevant governing body of the sport or game shall be final.
• jdmax reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any Bet or market at its sole discretion.
• Winnings from valid settled Bets are credited to your Account Balance promptly following the settlement of the relevant event.

Specific rules for sports betting markets, live casino games, slot machines, bingo, and esports are detailed within the respective product sections of the jdmax Platform. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any Bet.

jdmax may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated alongside each individual promotion.

• Bonuses and promotional offers are available to eligible players only. Eligibility criteria are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• All Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable funds. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion terms.
• jdmax reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not materially prejudice players who have already begun wagering on an active bonus.
• Only one bonus may be active at any time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus Funds may not be transferred between Accounts.
• Any player found to be abusing promotional offers — including through multi-accounting, coordinated wagering strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or providing false information to qualify for a promotion — will forfeit all Bonus Funds and may have their Account permanently closed.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jdmax Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own name or a false identity.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or at any other point during your use of the Platform.
• Attempting to access, tamper with, or circumvent any security feature of the Platform.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in any unauthorised manner.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or event.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or event manipulation in connection with any Bet placed on the Platform.
• Exploiting any software bug, error, or vulnerability in the Platform. Any such bug must be reported to jdmax support immediately.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent, stolen, or otherwise illegitimate means.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jdmax staff or other players through any communication channel.

jdmax reserves the right to investigate any Account suspected of prohibited conduct and to take immediate action, including Account suspension, Balance freeze, forfeiture of winnings, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

All content on the jdmax Platform — including but not limited to the jdmax brand name, logo, graphics, user interface design, text, data feeds, software, and game content — is the intellectual property of jdmax or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jdmax Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any Platform content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform.
• Use the jdmax brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks without prior written authorisation.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or digital property.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jdmax shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunities resulting from technical issues, service interruptions, or Force Majeure events.

jdmax's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jdmax does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While we take all commercially reasonable steps to maintain Platform availability and security, temporary interruptions may occur.

jdmax is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing tools that help players manage their gaming activity. We take our obligations in this area seriously and expect all players to use the Platform in a responsible manner.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players through the Account settings area:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict access to your Account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a longer-term exclusion from the Platform of 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

You must be 21 years of age or older to use the jdmax Platform. jdmax reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if jdmax has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• Your Account has been used for fraudulent, unlawful, or otherwise prohibited purposes.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Continued operation of your Account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to jdmax.
• You have requested self-exclusion under the responsible gaming tools.

In the event of Account closure for breach of these Terms, jdmax reserves the right to withhold any Balance, Bonus Funds, or pending winnings pending investigation. Any real-money Balance that is confirmed as legitimately yours, net of any amounts owed to jdmax, will be returned to you following the completion of any necessary review and KYC process.

You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting jdmax support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of any dispute between you and jdmax, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. jdmax is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and promptly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any such dispute.

jdmax reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a player — jdmax will provide reasonable advance notice via email to the address registered on your Account or via a prominent notice on the Platform.

Non-material changes, such as corrections to typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause, may take effect immediately without prior notice. The "Last Reviewed" date displayed at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the jdmax Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 14.
